The December Visa Bulletin, which was released by the Department of State (DOS) today, shows significant forward movement for several categories.

For Chinese nationals, the EB-1 category moved forward 18 months and the EB-3 category moved forward 8 months. The EB-3 category for Indian nationals moved forward one year. There was also notable movement in the EB-1 category for Indian nationals and the EB-2 categories for both Indian and Chinese nationals.
