On February 25, the American Immigration Lawyers Association (AILA) released an update from USCIS on the Nebraska Service Center (NSC) processing times. The February 20, 2009 NSC processing report advised that employment-based I-485 applications were being processed within four months of filing. The correct processing date for these I-485 applications at the NSC is August 15, 2007. USCIS has not yet updated the processing time report on their website.
