On June 26, 2018, the U.S. Supreme Court upheld President Trump’s so-called “Muslim travel ban”, a Presidential Proclamation which had the effect of preventing visas of being issued to nationals of the countries listed below. The travel ban has been fully in effect (as described in our prior news posting) since the Supreme Court overturned a nationwide injunction on December 4, 2017.
Currently, the following foreign nationals are subject to the travel ban, unless they are eligible for an exemption or a waiver:
