Jackson & Hertogs represents both companies and individuals, and welcomes inquiries regarding individual immigration situations.  If you are representing a company, please email us at office@jackson-hertogs.com.

If you are a current or former client, please do not create a new consultation record here. Rather, please email us at office@jackson-hertogs.com.

If you are an individual seeking legal assistance, and have not worked with our firm in the past, please complete the form below. Please be sure to provide your email address so that we can respond to each of your questions.  Due to a high volume of inquiries, it may take us several business days to respond. Depending on the nature of your inquiry, we may not be able to take on your case matter and may refer you to more appropriate immigration counsel or legal services. In most cases that we may be able to assist you, you will be advised to schedule a consultation with one of our attorneys.  Consultations are typically charged a minimum of $400 for up to 1 hour of attorney time. A response to your inquiry by Jackson & Hertogs does not result in an attorney-client relationship.

U.S. immigration issues are complex and typically require a significant amount of time to address adequately. Furthermore, each situation is different. Therefore, if you need detailed advice specific to your immigration situation, please use the form below to schedule a consultation, which can be either in person or telephonic. Note that if you start a case with our office within thirty (30) days of the consultation, your consultation payments will be credited to your legal fees. The consultation fee is payable by credit card, cash, check, bank transfer or money order.

Please note that, unless specifically waived by the attorney, we will require payment of the consultation fee prior to the consultation.

You may also call 415-986-4559 and ask for the “attorney of the week”.
