USCIS issued a proposal to increase filing fees for certain immigration processes and increase Premium Processing wait times. Several key proposals are as follows:

These proposals are not yet in effect. USCIS is undergoing a 60-day public comment period. After which, they will report a final rule to congress, which will extend rule adoption by at least 60 additional days. For more information see:
