USCIS has begun to notify our office today of the first round of Fiscal Year (FY) 2024 H-1B cap registration selections.
USCIS is notifying us of selections in rolling batches. Therefore we will not know final selections until USCIS announces selections are done. This can happen any time up until March 31.
Our office will be reaching out to you directly if you have been selected – please wait to hear from us. There is a 90 day window starting April 1 to submit a full H-1B cap subject petition to USCIS.
Alternatively, USCIS may either update the process to NOT SELECTED, which means you have not been selected this year, or you may be put onto a waitlist if USCIS decides to keep open the possibility of future rounds of selections.
We will not know for sure whether you are on the Waitlist, Selected or Not Selected until USCIS announces selections are complete or by March 31, whichever is soonest. We will be in touch once we have an update for you either way. Please do wait to hear from us.
