On Friday, July, 15, 2022, USCIS announced that certain EB-1 (E13 multinational executive) and EB-2 (E21 National Interest Waiver) I-140 petitions will now eligible for Premium Processing where previously they were not. The announcement is a re-iteration of the first announcement which made Premium Processing available to these same type of petitions previously filed and pending with USCIS.
Starting August 1st, 2022, USCIS will begin accepting Premium Processing requests for the following:
- E13 multinational executive and manager petitions received on or before July 1, 2021; and
- E21 NIW petitions received on or before Aug. 1, 2021.
Our office is working to ensure that any newly eligible petitions are identified. We will be in touch once we have an update for any petitions that are newly eligible for Premium Processing.
