As of October 1, 2018, U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS) will increase the premium processing (PP) fee from $1,225 to $1,410. All submissions requesting PP that are postmarked on or after that date must include the new fee.
News of this increase comes shortly after the announcement that USCIS will extend and expand the PP suspension on certain H-1B petitions effective September 11, 2018. However, other petitions that are eligible to use PP are still able to do so at this time. Please also see our FAQ on PP for additional information (including which cases are eligible for PP).
