On Friday November 20, 2020, the U.S. Department of State released the monthly December 2020 Visa Bulletin, which features minor progression or no movement in many employment-based categories, and some retrogression (moving from January 1, 2105 to January 1, 2014) in the India EB3 category. USCIS subsequently announced that it will continue to accept employment-based (and most family based) I-485 adjustment of status applications according to the “Date for Filing” priority dates table.
