On April 25, 2018, the Supreme Court heard arguments on the legality of the Trump travel ban executive order in the case of Trump v. Hawaii. A decision is expected in June 2018. In the meantime, the travel ban continues to be fully in effect with no “bona fide relationship” exception, as described in our prior news posting at https://www.jackson-hertogs.com/supreme-court-affirms-part-of-trump-travel-ban-3-0/. The only change to the travel ban is that restrictions on nationals of Chad were removed on April 10, 2018, effective April 13, 2018.
