USCIS has announced a number of premium processing expansions for 2023, including the following:
- Beginning on January 30, 2023, USCIS will accept premium processing requests for EB1-C (multinational executives/managers) petitions and EB2-NIW (National Interest Waivers) petitions. This will be for both new and pending petitions.
- Premium Processing will be offered to certain pending F-1 OPT and STEM OPT extension applications sometime in March 2023.
- Premium Processing will be offered to certain initial F-1 OPT and STEM OPT extension applications sometime in April 2023.
USCIS preliminarily anticipates premium processing expansions for certain students with I-539s pending in May 2023, and initial filings for the same in June 2023.
