Jackson & Hertogs will likely continue to receive receipt notices, as the notices are sent by USPS regular mail. We are notifying clients as soon as receipt notices arrive in our office.
As we start to receive cap rejections, we will similarly notify clients. Until either a receipt notice or a rejection is received, we cannot advise any client as to the outcome of their specific case. For petitions where Jackson Hertogs (not the petitioner) issued the filing fee checks, we are reviewing our records for canceled checks.
